Couldn’t be a better outcome for all. !!

Adoption Pending Richie, STAR # 1310
Below is the bio was written by Richie and his foster dad. Richie is a nice medium energy boy.

“Let me introduce myself, My name is Richie. I came to STAR from the state of Louisiana where I was found living in a shed and begging for my supper. I had heart worms and a bad wound on my neck. I sailed through my heart worm treatment and my wound is all healed up. I feel better than ever and I am ready to begin the next chapter of my life.

I am a black tri male Aussie, that weighs about 53 lbs and am approx. 2 years old.. I’ve been staying with the nicest pack of foster brothers & sisters. Also two indoor cats. I like to lay next to my foster dad and get petted. He says I am an “easy keeper” I have never had anyone care about me before and am eager to learn new things. I have excellent house manners , am crate trained and walk really well on leash. I’m neutered, current on all my vaccinations and am microchipped. If you are looking a big boy with so much love to give. I might be the Aussie for you.”

If you would like to meet Richie, please fill out an adoption application on our website and if you already have an application, please message this page. Richie’s foster home is in Sweeny just south of Houston.
