One-year-old red merle puppy gave to STAR by his owner who could no longer care for him. A nice young couple, David and Kessa who live in the Austin area have adopted Phoenix. Phoenix is a good boy. just needs his own people and some lessons. lots and lots of lessons. Thanks to Carrie for evaluating and fostering Phoenix.
