Rose is a small 3 year-old red tri female and weighs 36 pounds. Her owners made the difficult decision to release her to STAR due to their busy schedules and her spending lots of time alone. Better days are ahead for this sweet girl.
Rose is spayed and current on all vaccinations. She will be fostered in the Katy area and should be ready for adoption mid September.
