Bey, STAR #1978

Great news to share that we found Miss Bey a wonderful home with the vet tech that met her at the clinic and fell in love (of, course!).  We are so overjoyed that she gets a play buddy with Sadie the yellow lab and of the love, snuggles, playtime and attention she deserves. Thank you to Brian and family who helped raise Bey along with her siblings until we could find her the perfect spot!
Beyonce (Ms. Bey, Queen B, Bee, BB) came to us with mom and 6 siblings! She’s a beautiful puppy, around 7 months old (born early February ’25). Her mom is Annie #1974 – a small red tri female Aussie who was found as a stray and taken to the Austin Animal Shelter and then landed with STAR.
Ms. Bey is always looking for fun and playtime. She loves to find thing to pounce on and to see if it’s chewable. She has a lot of personality and loves to snuggle. After playtime, you can find her right next to a human to get some belly scratches and nap time.
She has been socialized with momma and siblings, with other adult dogs in the home – gets along fine with other dogs and takes correction fine from other dogs when playtime is over. She loves everyone she meets and is insatiably curious. She’s ready to find a loving home and will return your love unconditionally. She’s very good at big sloppy kisses that take you by surprise.
She has encountered a cat and was curious but left it alone.  She did enjoy chasing the chickens – so farm life or running birds are probably a no-no.
We don’t know what breed dad is, but a DNA test on one of the siblings showed mostly Aussie or herding breeds (34% Standard, 12% Mini Aussie). But she is 100% cute!
She is fully vaccinated and microchipped and spayed. We will reimburse for a puppy training class! Her foster home is in S. Austin.
