Rebel is a big male red merle puppy. He came to STAR from the Waller Rescue Ranch. His adopter Heidi has had her eye on him since the day he arrived.. not deterred by the huge bouncy puppy that we evaluated. She seems to have a plan in place. Thanks to Elizabeth for sending him to STAR, to Mary Frances for the home visit and to Deb for fostering this boy.
