Adopted Jack, STAR # 1256
Jack is a beautiful boy and one of STAR’s most popular. However, he is also a handful. We are lucky to have found the Blevins family of Cypress who have already signed him up for obedience training and have no cats. Thanks to Julie for the home visit and to Terry and Zee for fostering Jack.
Adoption Pending Jack, STAR # 1256
One year old blue merle male (1/15/15). Left with a “friend”. Approx, 58 lbs. Beautiful dog. Totally vetted and chipped. Foster home is in the Heights.
Foster home report:
He has learned to sit on command pretty good now and we will work on other things. He has attached himself to me & generally will come to lay on the floor wherever I am. He has not had any mistakes in the house & will stand by the back door when he wants/needs to go out. I bought Jack & Bella each a new Nyla-bone & now it is constantly one of them wanting what the other one has. He is/will be a high energy dog.

“Jack is doing great. He has adjusted well and it’s like he’s been part of the family forever. He is very well mannered when we are gone and is glad to see us. He sleeps in our room and doesn’t need his crate.”
So Jack was returned because it seems he did need the crate When school started and everyone left him at home alone and uncrated, he found the Cats and thus has been returned Jack is a sweet boy, but he is basically a puppy that needs a person and some training and a crate
If you would like to meet Jack, please fill out an application on our website so we can determine if you are a match.
