Congratulations to the Dyer family of Houston for seeing the beauty in our really chubby lady.. Committed to diet and exercise, they will see that Cheyenne loses the weight as her thyroid testing proved negative. Thanks to Jane and Bill for re-evaluating Cheyenne for us and thanks to Polly for the home visit.
New Dog Cheyenne, STAR # 1241
Cheyenne entered our program last April and was adopted quickly. She has been returned after the holidays. She is a sweet easy keeper who loves to go for walks. Cheyenne is probably 5 by now and still very overweight.. This dog needs to lose 15-20 lbs. She will be reevaluated for a few weeks and then be ready for placement. Her foster home is in N.W. Houston.
Cheyenne was turned over to STAR by her loving owner who could no longer take care of her. She now has a new family with Chad and Tiffany, their kids and another dog of the Woodlands. They fell in love with her instantly. Thanks to the Hart family for fostering this very sweet Aussie.
