“Hi. My name is Jinx. I am a male tri colored Australian Shepherd. I am 38 lbs and on the small side….good things come in small packages they say. I am about 3 years old.

Are you looking for a forever buddy? Well, I could be him.. I am a busy boy and I will need someone who will take the time to work with me and be patient. My foster mom says I learn quickly. I know sit, down and stay. I do come pretty well except when the neighbor dogs are out. I kind of lose my brain then and won’t come, but we are working on it.

I do like to check out what is on the counter, so I need to be watched when there is food around. I am good with kids. My foster mom has a 5 & 11 year old grandkids and I love to cuddle with them on the couch when they come to visit. I am good with other dogs. I LOVE to wrestle with my Aussie foster brother. I am crate trained and house broken. I do need some work walking in the leash.

I would excel at dog sports. I love to jump and I can jump very high, so I will need a very high fenced in yard. If you think we could be forever buddies, submit an application and I would love to meet you.”

Jinx is a good natured boy with lots of energy.. He will need a person who is willing to work with such a smart and responsive dog..
To meet Jinx, please go to our website, read about Adoption and submit an application..His foster home is in Houston.

It’s only good luck for Jinx from now on.. With a broken leg and HW+, this sweet boy will take a while to become available.. Three years old and 39 lbs. His foster home is in Friendswood.. and he should be ready sometime in February..
