This good boy is heading home for a wonderful furever life with the Atkins family. Jayce came to us from a bad situation in Abilene, got to enjoy his foster home at Aussie Acres with Pam, and now heads on to a life with an abundance of TLC. Thank you, Pam, Sue, John, Bill, Mack, and Jackie – for all you do for STAR.
Jayce is one of three Aussies from a “hoarding/cruelty situation” in Abilene. He is approx. 30 lbs. and approx. three years old. We will know more after his vet visit. He will be evaluated and vetted by his foster home in Sweeney. So far, he is a shy sweet boy and should be available for adoption around the middle of February -pending his visit to the vet and test for heartworms.
From Foster Mom:
Jayce has fit in perfectly and is house trained after two days. He stays in the crate without objection. Is very shy and will come over to you if you squat down. He loves tummy rubs or any other rub. Will be great to watch him come out of his shell as he settles in.
