Harper is heading home with Alum and volunteer, Rae! 3rd STAR is a charmer for sure as she follows in the paw-steps of STAR Dogs Millie #855 ’11 and Kendall #1480 ’19. Harper will get to live life on some farmland, help Rae with the chores, and welcome the new STAR fosters that get lucky to land in Rae’s care. Thank you, Terry and Zee for fostering and to Beth on transport.
Harper is a beautiful 6-year-old black tri female, and a hefty 58lbs. Diet STAT! She was released to STAR from an owner who obtained her from a breeder, and they did not have a fence to keep her home. We’ll get her on a diet and evaluated in a foster home in Houston. She may be available early October.
