Dakota was adopted to a wonderful family and yet came back because of the cats… Terry, his foster home has fostered for STAR for over 10 years, one dog after another and has never expressed interest in keeping a dog.. Even his two girls.. STAAR Maggie and now Bella, Class of 2013 were not fosters.. So we are amazed that Terry wanted Dakota.. but we could not be happier for everyone..
Sweet 5 year old boy has found a home with past adopters the Carson family.. He will live in Sweeny and have an Aussie brother..STAR Brady aka Mick.. Thanks to Terry and Zee for fostering and evaluating Dakota.
Dakota is a five year old red tri male.. he weighs probably close to 60 lbs. His owner can no longer keep him for health reasons.. He will go the vet and be evaluated in his foster home in the Houston Heights.. Depending on a heartworm test, he should be available around the middle of May..
