The pilot came all the way from Mississippi to be a STAR dog. Now he has one more stop as he travels to Austin to live with Matthew. Thanks to so many who helped Pilot along the way. Terry, Elaine, Julie, Tracy, and Erika all were instrumental in this adoption. Happy Homecoming to Matthew and Pilot!
New Dog Pilot II, STAR # 1341
The pilot has had an interesting life already. Found in Mississippi, flown to Louisiana and then transported to Houston. Soon he will go to San Antonio to his foster home. He has been neutered and will be treated for heartworms. The pilot is around 2 years old and weighs 56 lbs. He will not be available until the middle of October.
Update Pilot has been transferred to Houston for his heartworm treatment. He is doing well and should be ready for adoption around the third week in October.
