Available Dog Penny II, STAR # 1390

“Hello, my name is Penny! Foster mom says I am secretly the energizer bunny in a dog costume because I have endless energy, and I bounce around the yard! I loooove walks, runs, toys, and wrestling with my foster brothers…basically anything that helps me get my energy out! I don’t know how to play fetch, but I think I could learn because foster mom says I’m pretty smart.

I like to stay busy, but I know how to settle down, too. Foster dad gives me snuggles every night before bed, and I take a couple naps during the day. I gotta have my beauty rest, after all! I have to sleep in my crate, but I don’t mind! It’s nice and cozy in there, and I sleep all night without fussing.

I would like to live with a family that has a sturdy playmate for me to boss around, but I could be an only dog too. As long as I get plenty of exercise and attention, I’ll be happy anywhere! Foster mom says I’m a little too interested in cats though, so I need a home without those pesky things. Like all puppies, I need help remembering how to behave sometimes, and will need to work on leash walking, but overall I’m a very good girl!

If you think Penny would fit into your home, please submit an application online. Her foster mom would love to tell you all about her! Penny is about a year old and very small at approximately 30 lbs. Her foster home is in San Antonio.

Coming Soon Penny II, STAR # 1390
Eighteen month old small red tri female… Described as “overly playful” with the other animals in her home… Penny may be surprised to meet her new foster brothers who are huge.. She will be evaluated and fostered in San Antonio and should be available at the end of March..
