Adoption Pending Joker, STAR # 1357
Now that the holidays are over, Joker is available for adoption. He is a nice boy who has taken some time to adjust to life inside with people and other dogs. But now he LOVES it. This is what his foster dad writes about Joker.

Hi, my name is Joker. I’m a 45 lb blue Merle male. I am approximately 3 years old. I’m HW negative, current on all vaccinations and micro chipped. I’ve been in my foster home for two months now. I love my brothers and sisters and get along with the kitties too. I’m very shy and sometimes isolate myself in my crate. I am totally fine with being crated. After I get reacquainted with my leash I am good to go. Enjoy walks and going into any pet store. People wanting to pet me is one of my favorite things. My stubby little tail goes crazy when I see little kids. Going to hang out with the grandkids tonight and really see how much I love them.
I have good house manners and will let you know when I need out. I really enjoy the toys that we all got for Christmas. My most favorite thing in the world is snuggling up to my people at bedtime. Once there I am good for the night. I am better that a heating blanket on a cold winter night.

I will take a bit to get acclimated to my surroundings just need some encouragement. and a family that will a patient with me. I will prove to be the most loyal friend you will ever find.

If you are I interested in meeting Joker, please fill out an application on the STAR website.. or if you already have an application, just send us a note either on the website or PM the FB page to indicate interest. Joker’s foster home is in Sweeny and you will have to go there to meet him.
