Adopted Dutch, STAR # 1392

This wonderful sweet boy was adopted by Shelbey, Cameron, Bo and Dan and will live in San Antonio. Dutch has finally conquered his skin allergies with the help of the proper meds. Thanks to John for pulling him from the Brazoria Sheriff Dept, to Gaylene and Trina for transport and then especially to the Phillips family who love him so much.

Available Dog Dutch, STAR # 1392
So Dutch was found at the Brazoria shelter.. lacking fur and with heartworms. Dutch has been adopted and returned to STAR. He was more dog than his elderly adopter was prepared for. His foster mom loves him.. here is what she says

“This little guy is my long-term foster for South Texas Aussie Rescue. He came to me in terrible shape but has evolved into a beautiful, healthy dog. He is estimated at 8 years old and may need to take prescription allergy medicine indefinitely. His age and need for meds will make him difficult to place.

We would love to keep him to ourselves as he is a very loving and wonderful boy whom we adore. To do so, however, would end our ability to foster other dogs since we are “over capacity”. And we know there are too many other dogs who need us too.

Please, if you or someone you know, could provide him with a loving home and the life he deserves, let me know.” His foster home is in Georgetown.. If you would llike to meet this beautiful boy, contact STAR.

New Dog Dutch, STAR # 1392

Sweet temperament stay tuned for the transformation. His foster home will be in Georgetown and he should be available sometime in May.

UPDATE Dutch has been adopted and returned to STAR. He was more dog than his elderly adopter was prepared for. He is back in his foster home in Georgetown where he will be reevaluated. They love him as he is still the same sweet boy.

Adopted Dutch, STAR # 1392

After nearly three months, he is healthy and happy and off to San Antonio to live with Patti and her sheltie, Coco..
