Jack (Now Beau)… was adopted by the Doran family. Our handsome boy, lover of walks, and fan of belly rubs gets to go hang out with his new active Aggie family and be the center of attention. Mom is a walker and dad is the runner – so Beau will get his choice of exercise! He was returned to STAR for being “too much” and we are grateful to foster mom Lisa Butler for going to meet him, assessing his needs, and giving him a great place to land and learn how to be a good boy. Beau says “Camp Butler is the best.” Thank you Freddie Fuller for the home visit.
Jack has been returned because he is a big dog.. 75 lbs. and 5 years old.. and has a mind of his own.. Someone just needs to explain the rules.. He is being reevaluated in New Braunfels and will get leash lessons.. He will also be on a diet.. Check back as he should be available again around the first of October.
