Whiskey, STAR # 1859

Whiskey was adopted today by Robin and Matt who recently lost their good boy, Dante.. Whiskey is almost the perfect boy and will be a great new companion.. Thanks to Freddie and her family for fostering and letting go..

Whiskey is a six-year-old black tri male. 45 lbs.  He needs a new home that does not include and apartment and a one-year-old. He is a smart boy that is great with older kids and adults. He will be evaluated and brought up to date on his vaccinations by his foster home near the Woodlands. He should be available for adoption around the middle of October.

Update from Foster:  Whiskey is really starting to show the happiness that is bundled up in this smaller boy. He says thank you, over and over again, in many ways. Whiskey is the perfect gentleman. He has had no accidents, no not one. He’s not pushy or obnoxious, loves his crate.  Whiskey doesn’t have a mean or aggressive bone in his body, and he LOVES my granddaughters (8 & 5). And he loves my old dog and is very easy with her. He loves to chase the ball and play, but when you tell him no more, he is fine with that. Partly because he has not had much, if any exercise in a long time. So, he is a little out of shape and chubby. Oh how he loves food. Any food, all food! But he too short to counter surf. Yea!!
