Stella, STAR # 1760

Stella was adopted by the Bonser family. Brenda and Mike recently lost their sweet Aussie, Sasha, and were ready to find another girl to love on. Lots of walks, trips to hike around the creek, and snuggles are in store for Stella. Thank you to dueling foster home parents Gordon and Tracey and thanks to Lisa for doing the home visit.

Stella is a sweetheart.  Released to STAR from the Brownsville shelter at no fault of her own when her family lost their home and could not take her with them.  She’s around 2 years and 45 lbs. Once she settled in her foster home, she has proved she is a really good girl.  Loves to snuggle and give kisses.  Not a fan of crating, as she wants to be right next to you.  Her basic skill learning is coming along great, but will need a family willing to continue to work with her on good behavior.  Loves treats (and shredding mail).  Gets along fine with other dogs.  Not tested with cats, but has been around younger children and is very loving.  She is spayed, chipped and fully vetted.

Stella’s foster home is in San Antonio.. If you would like to meet her please go to our website, read about Adoption and submit an application.

Approximately 2 years old, Black Tri Female and 45 lbs.  Just arrived from a shelter in Brownsville because the family lost their home.  From what we hear, good with kids and HW-.  Stella will be taken care of in one of our wonderful foster homes and could be available late August.
