Sophie, STAR #1917

ADOPTED

Sophie, STAR #1917

We are excited that the Metcalf family has joined our STAR family – as they have adopted sweet Sophie (r). Sophie gets a little brother to manage (ha, ha!) – and Tucker (l) is excited to have a big sis. Sophie will certainly bring lots of fun and excitement into their home. Thank you, Patrick for transport, to Tracey for the home visit and to Jane for fostering.

Sophie is a beautiful blue-eyed black tri with a great personality. She came to STAR after her owner passed away and family was not able to take her in.  she’s roughly 3 years old and 45-lbs.

She does take a bit to warm up to strangers and is cautious for a bit, but then her beautiful goodness comes alive. She plays well with her foster sisters or herself. She crates well or is fine roaming the house. She LOVES her toys and has many toys that will go with her along with her bed.

She has not been around children of any age. Sophie knows her commands and will bark to alert you to any “danger” but will also stop barking when told “no bark”.

Along with her toys, food bowls, and bed, she also comes with her crate. Sophie just needs YOU and food and memories to be made! You will not be able to turn her away once you see her beautiful ice blue eyes.

To learn more, please fill out an adoption application first – and we’ll get in contact with you as soon as possible.  Her foster home is in Spring.
