Welcome Pep to STAR… Nice 6 year old red tri male with super cute freckles.. Approx. 45 lbs. Already neutered and chipped, he will need current vaccinations.. Pep will be evaluated by his foster home in Katy and should be available for adoption sometime around the end of March..
