Dasher was adopted by long-time STAR alumni and volunteers Polly and Jose. This will be their 3rd STAR dog and Dasher now Harper gets a fur buddy with Scout, and a wonderful, loving home with this Aussie savvy family. Thank you Patti for picking Harper up at the Humble shelter.. Thank you, Sean and Kristin for another wonderful foster job in helping this shy anxious boy back to health and learn that he can thrive with love and safety.
Dasher (aka Patrick) was found at the City of Humble Animal Shelter. Straw like fur, skin issues, hair loss, and covered in fleas. Approx. 40 lbs. and maybe 3-4 years old. Sweet boy will be neutered, vaccinated, and chipped. His foster home is in Spring. Sadly, he is heartworm positive and therefore will not be available until late January.
