A note from Newt’s foster mom:

“Newt: A 60 lb 5 year old lovable Black Tri male Aussie with freckles, available for a fun Aussie experience.

Newt is a funny and smart Aussie.  He is a character.  Has learned if he lays by refrig and gives a little woof, I will come give him an ice cube.  He is very strong, I have yet to win a tug of war game with him.  Completely house trained, no accidents from very first day.  Likes car rides, especially to go to Starbucks for puppychinos.  Does bark at strangers or even cats that pass by open front door (glass storm door). Knows basic commands,  would excel in obedience classes, very smart.  Oh did I say, he does not like cats.  He settled right in from day one with my two females Aussies.  I think he would be great with older kids to play ball with.  Newt is a funny good guy.. ”

If you are interested in Newt, please go to our website, read about Adoption and submit an application.. If you already have one, please use the Contact Us on the website.. Newt’s foster home is in N.W. Houston
