Available Dog Sadie Summer, STAR # 1255
Sadie is a 1-year old Black tri female. She has beautiful markings and the black spots on her nose and white socks are adorable. Sadie is super smart and learns tricks and commands very quickly. She Loves to play with other dogs – that’s the first thing she does when she wakes up in the morning. She also LOVES tennis balls and babies. She will bring you a tennis ball, drop it at your feet, and wait for you to throw it again and again and again. She it totally housebroken and crate trained. As her foster mom, I work from home so she isn’t in her crate for most of the day but she sleeps in there all night and goes in when I run out for errands. She loves to lay at your feet when her long morning of playing has worn her out. She does not pull on the leash but would want to but with small corrections, she quickly learns to walk beside you. When she first came to me, she was afraid of things and a bit timid around people. That has quickly changed. She loves strangers, dogs and people in general. She also loves to fly in and out the dog door and bring in sticks or rocks she has found in the yard. She is still learning to control her puppy enthusiasm and can be a bit jumpy when she gets excited but quickly responds to “down” and minds very well.

Sadie would do very well with a family that wants to give her lots of love and attention and exercise. She is great with other dogs and would love to have a playmate to spend time with. She weighs 36lbs right now but will probably be around a 45lb dog when she fills in and reaches her full size.

Sadie is located in the South Austin/Buda area and ready to find her forever home that can give her lots of love and attention.

New Dog Sadie Summer, STAR # 1255
