Moose 2, STAR # 1750

Moose2 #1750 was adopted by the Garrett family. Moose was an owner release who didn’t have enough time for him, nor his energy level. This happy, full of life boy who loves to run gets a couple of fur buddies with Layla and Goose and a couple young adults too. This Aussie savvy family is up for helping Moose become a good canine citizen. Thank you Pam  for fostering and to Jack  for doing the home visit.
Hello my name is Moose and believe me it totally fits me. I am currently 1 yr and 6 months old. So still a lot of puppy in me. During the day while mom is at work I rest in my crate. At night I get to sleep with mom but mainly on the floor beside her.
I am full of energy and will need plenty of exercise or lots of walks and playing with. I love running free in our 4 acre pasture. I know my place in the pack and respect my elders. When fed we all have our own bowls and I know which is mine.
I am very laid back with the my mom and brother and sisters. But be prepared for another pup to emerge when company arrives. I get very excited and will jump a lot. We are working very hard on this behavior and professional training would be an awesome idea.
I love affection and love to snuggle. You move and I will move closer.
Here at Aussie Acres we have chickens, squirrels and outside kitties. If I get the time I will stay outside and bark at them. I have been known to leap on the back of the couch following a squirrel.
If you are up for a pup with lots of energy, very trainable and lots of love to share  I just might be a perfect fit.
Moose is 1.5 years old.. 55 lbs. , neutered and fully vaccinated.. Heartworm negative and microchipped..
If you are interesting in meeting Moose, please go to the website.. read about Adoption and submit an application.. His foster home is in Sweeny.

Moose is a black tri male who is approximately 1 year old and 58lbs.  He will be evaluated and vetted in a foster home in Sweeney.  He may be available late June.
