Millie (center) will be staying forever with her foster family who took such great care of her and worked tirelessly when she escaped from her adopters. They decided she belonged with their family, and she gets two Aussie brothers, Asiago and Mozzie to hang with. From shelter to STAR to home – win! Millie is a beautiful 2-year-old red tri (with tail) and weighs 38lbs. She was left behind by her owners and was taken to a nearby shelter, along with her sister, Daisy Mae. She was adopted but got away from her new family at a fast food stop and went on the run for several days; finally able to be trapped and secured back with STAR. We will give her more assessment time and find a home where she’ll have a fur-buddy for confidence and comfort. Since with STAR, she has been spayed and fully vetted. Her foster home is in New Braunfels, and she may be available mid-April.
