Kemper, STAR # 1753

The Hitt household is welcoming handsome boy Kemper to the family, including fur buddies Zoey Rayne (STAR #1441/2018), Owen, and Libby.   Patti is STAR’s invaluable volunteer extraordinaire – handing intake, foster home support, adoptions, counseling, and so much more – for many years.  Kemper caught Patti’s eye and when she went to meet him, this smart boy took his rightful place on the couch next to her and sealed the deal.   Thus, Kemper became a “Keeper” that will reside in the “Hitt Hilton” for Aussies (and Libby).   Thanks to Nancy for fostering and helping Kemper through heartworm treatment and fostering and to Kathy for transport.

Kemper is a red merle male approx. 2-3 years old and maybe 50 lbs.  He has been transported to Houston from Louisiana. He will be vetted and evaluated in Katy. Foster says he is a sweet boy.

UPDATE:  Adoption pending – do not apply at this time.

UPDATE:  Sadly Kemper has heartworms. He will be treated and likely will be available sometime in September for adoption.
