Emilee Rae, STAR # 1737

Emilee Rae was adopted by the Grebe family.  Emilee gets along with everyone, cats and dogs alike, and gets fur buddies in her new home.  Fun adventures ahead!  Thank you, Leslie and Trevor for pulling this girl from the shelter and another foster job well done.

Hello everyone! I’m the life of the party, but you can call me Emilee Rae. I’m a genuinely Velcro dog who wants to be next to my people all the time. I tend to bounce around from room to room, checking up on them because I’m inquisitive. My foster parents have a lot of dogs and cats in the home, and guess what? I get along with all of them! I just love a good lap nap. I’m crate trained, housetrained, and foster dad says I’ll do anything for a treat. I’m a swift learner! Lastly, I have all my shots, heartworm negative, and ready for my forever home.

From her foster mom: Emilee Rae would do great in a home with big or small humans. She is super sweet and knows when it is time to be gentle. Ideally, she needs to be in a home that is going to keep her active and engaged alongside her family. She understands and respects crate training and has been sleeping in her kennel at night, but if she had her way, she would be in bed with you.

Emilee Rae was found at Guadalupe County Animal Control.. She is approximately 10 mos. old and weighs about 40 lbs.  She will be vetted, evaluated and fostered in Schertz.. She should be available for adoption around mid May..
