Adopted Sage, STAR # 1422

As many could tell by the loving bio written by Sage’s foster mom, it was clear that she was loved. At the last minute, as applications were starting to pile up for this precious perfect girl, the Skinner family decided to make her one their own.. Aside from humans that love her, she will have an Aussie sister. Thanks to Julie for the transport and congratulations to the Skinners and Sage!

A note from Sage’s foster mom

“Sage is a sweet senior BMF. Sage is such an easy to love dog. She is 8 years old, 52 lbs. (a little chunky) and will be your Velcro dog. She is always laying by your feet and you will hardly know she is there. Sage doesn’t jump on furniture, is house trained but doesn’t care to be kenneled. She doesn’t like loud noises (thunder) and may whine a little but only then. She knows several commands, her name, is an excellent car rider and loads up easily, and LOVES to go on walks.

She will run in the backyard with my younger Aussie but doesn’t care for toys. Belly rubs and back scratches are her favorites ..Whoever gets this girl will get a lifelong companion. She is a sweet, sweet girl who will be very hard to give up!”

Sage’s foster home is in Bay City. She comes with AKC paperwork. If you would like to meet her, please go to the website, read about Adoption and submit an application.
