Callie was found wandering in the country (or dumped).. Her finder called STAR and we took her in and treated her heartworms. Callie has been adopted by one of our volunteers, Amy. Amy already has STAR dog, Merlin, Class of 2015. Now he has someone else to boss him around besides Amy. Thanks to Erika for fostering Callie.
New Dog Callie, STAR # 1454
Dumped in the country up by Cleveland, Callie is a red merle female. She is approx. 5 years old and weighs 45 lbs. Callie has been spayed and is now current on her vaccinations and chipped.. She will have to be treated for heartworms. Her foster home is in Houston. She should be available near the first of March if she does not go to waiting past adopter.
