Bindi, STAR # 1649

ADOPTED

Bindi, STAR # 1649

Bindi has been adopted by Tom and will be moving to Austin.. After being dumped in a park in Louisiana, Bindi wanted a person more than anything.. Our hope is that the two of them will be lifelong buddies.. Thanks to Elaine, Pam and Sue for the transport.. Thanks to Joann for the home visit.. And thanks to Sue and Steve for fostering this girl through heartworm treatment..

Bindi has been in our program for quite some time getting her heartworm treatment.. This precious sweet 2 year old is ready for her new home finally.. Here is what her foster mom says about Bindi..

“Hi!  My name is Bindi and I am looking for my forever home and person. Are you that person?  I am a black tri female and I weigh about 40 pounds. I don’t shed a lot and I am okay with being groomed. I like to play with toys and chew on bones.

I just love to hang out with my people. If you are just hanging out I will hang out with you. I will follow you where ever you go. You will never be lonely again. I like to go for walks and car rides. I am fine being in a crate but I prefer to be with you. At night I start on the bed, but I end of sleeping on the bathroom floor. It is nice and cool. When it storms or there are fireworks I like to be right next to my person.

I love kids, but I can be reactive to quick movements ( my foster mom can explain about that more.).  I love to chase the water coming out the hose. My foster mom laughs every time I do it. I know sit, down and I am doing pretty good with stay and leave it. And we are working on my recall.  I love to work for treats. I like to play with other dogs, but I also like being the queen bee. I will give you kisses everyday and love you forever.”
