ADOPTED

Krypto, STAR # 1721

Krypto #1721 was adopted by alumni Andrew Sultzer (Brody aka Bo Clyde STAR #1656).  This handsome young pup was an owner release because he was “too much.”  STAR found him to be a sweet, active, bouncy, and talkative big boy who loves everybody and everything – just needed some manners and TLC.  Thank you to Don for transporting this boy to first wonderful foster home with Elizbeth who spent so much time with him with love and training and to Lisa for taking over fostering and getting him to his forever home.

Krypto is a large sweet and loveable puppy who loves everyone and everything. He is 45 lbs. and 10 mos. old.      He plays with cow bones, deer bones, anything he can make fun, like sticks of wood and empty bottles. He does like balls and running and plays very rough. He is a very busy dog yet he can find something to keep himself entertained. He understand “no” and will calm down when told to do so but he is still a puppy and doesn’t want the playing to end.
Krypto is very smart and does really well after he calms down and makes eye contact. His  size makes it easy to
forget he is a puppy and needs patience and practice.
His potty training is going very well and he is also doing better on a leash but pulls at first.

He loves everyone and is very loving. He will be good as the only dog or with another furbaby.

Krypto is totally vetted, neutered and vaccinated and chipped and ready for a new home.
If you are interested in meeting Krypto, please go to the website, read about Adoption and submit
an application.. His foster home is in New Braunfels..
UPDATE: Krypto had to be moved to a different foster home due to illness. Here is what his new foster home has to say:
“Sooooooooooooo…one week in and this is what I know:
He is big – bouncy – funny – playful – FOMO (fear of missing out), smart – mouthy – talkative – velcro – loving – strong – ACTIVE and LOYAL!”

Sweet and cuddy yet able to leap tall buildings.. 8 mos. old and weighing 40 lbs….Krypto will be looking for his forever family.. He is being fostered, vetted and evaluated in Mountain City near Austin..Krypto should be available for adoption around the middle of March..
