Rufus Red, STAR # 1711
Adopted by the Roberts family of Boerne. This Aussie savvy couple took one look at Rufus and fell in love. They had recently lost their Aussie, Yogi, and were ready to adopt a rescue dog. He will get to be an “only dog” – at least for a while and a big back yard to continue his squirrel hunting. Rufus was a stray over in Louisiana – a kind of “traveling salesman” who landed with STAR thanks to Jennifer. Thank you Beth for the home visit and to Michelle and Michael for another foster job well done!
Rufus was picked up in La. . Sort of a “traveling salesman”.. 53 lbs. and around 5 years old.. STAR will bring him inside and take care of him.. He will be vetted and evaluated in Bridge City.. Rufus should be available for adoption around the middle of February..
