Found on a country road in Louisiana and now after months of heartworm treatment, Piper has been adopted by Victoria. She will live in Corpus Christi and take long walks on the beach.. Thanks to Elaine, Michael and Jay for the transport.. And thanks so much to the Hart family for taking such good care of Piper.. She is indeed a different dog..
Meet Piper… a red merle female with blue eyes.. She was found on a country road in Louisiana and never claimed.. She is not in very good shape and of course has heartworms.. STAR plans to fix all of that.. Piper is guessed to be six years old and weighs 53 lbs. She should be available around the end of October..
