Ozzie, STAR #1906

All smiles as Ozzie gets a new best buddy in Asiago (L) and a loving, Aussie-savvy home with Britnee and Mason. Fun walks and hikes in the Texas Hill Country are on the agenda and we are so happy to welcome this young family to STAR. Thank you, Lisa for fostering, Jackie on transporting Ozzie to STAR, and Beth on the home visit.

Looking for an energetic and loving Aussie to follow you around all day long??  Ozzie is a little over a year old, weighs 35 lbs, is neutered, vaccinated, micro chipped, potty trained and kennel trained (but not a fan).

He loves to play hard with other dogs, chase balls and sit in your lap or on your shoulder for love and attention…kinda like a parrot:)

He has LOTS of energy, but he also knows how to settle down when you do.  He gets along with all dogs and people and has acclimated nicely in his foster home over the last six weeks.  He makes us laugh every day and just wants to be loved.

He’d do best in a home with an active playmate.  We do not recommend a home with cats, and only in homes with older children/teens.

Ozzie’s foster home is in New Braunfels.

Ozzie is a 45 lb. , 15 mos. old red merle male.. Owner has new job that requires travel.. He will be vetted and evaluated by his foster home in New Braunfels.. Ozzie should be available for adoption around the middle of May..
