Rusty, STAR #1103
Rusty is heading home with STAR Alumni Sandy (Hamilton #1488 (pictured) and Truett #1727). 11-year-old Rusty will be pampered and get tons of belly rubs living with mainly Sandy’s parents who are so excited to have a snuggle buddy. Thank you, Sean and Kristin for fostering this senior gentleman until we could find him the perfect home.
This handsome older gentleman was returned to STAR when his family could no longer care for him. Rusty is 11 years and 40lbs of “good boy” who has been getting a lot of TLC from his STAR foster home. He gets along with everyone and everything (including cats and other active dogs). He recently made an appearance at the Houston dog show and entranced everyone with his personality. Our goal is to find Rusty a quiet place where he can retire and, from his foster home: “He’s a good Ole boy in search of his furever scratch partner.”
