Pongo is a fun loving 1-2 year old black bi and weighs 40lbs. He was found wandering in the Dallas area with a back leg injury. A good Samaritan picked up the phone and called STAR. Pongo is being fostered in the Pearland area and will get the medical care he needs until ready for adoption. If this is your god, be prepared to show proof of ownership and reimburse STAR for all medical expenses to date.
